Read More The reflection of the social culture of Arab life can be seen in many parts of the text of Nahj al-Balagha. Propositions of execration and cursing are one of the expressive linguistic elements of the culture of those times, which are important from different linguistic, psychological, and social dimensions. The use of these propositions by Imam Ali (PBUH) is sometimes strange and unfamiliar to the audience who is unfamiliar with the context of the speech, and transferring it to another culture from the context of translation seems to be an outstanding challenge due to the hidden aspects of meaning and cultural differences. These utterances, like many independent compounds such as proverbs, are connected to other parts of the text in terms of meaning and indicate a part of the social structure of Imam Ali's era. In the current research, relying on the descriptive-analytical method, based on pragmatics and situational context, an attempt is made to evaluate the implicit meanings of some of these meanings in Garmaroodi's translation of Nahj al-Balagha. Examining the situational and textual context of the use of speech acts of reproach and cursing in Nahj al-Balagha indicates the drawing of motives such as warning and neglect, disillusioning, humiliation, reprimand, surprise, and persuasion, along with due evaluation of the audience as well. The audience of these propositions were sometimes the relatives, friends, and people of the cities under the Imam's rule, and sometimes they were his enemies, which the Imam often used when complaining about and reproaching them. In the margin of his translation, Garmaroodi has pointed out the aspects of their meanings along with the semantics of a number of these expressions and has tried to create a correct concept of these types of expressions as infused within translation, by considering the secondary meanings of these expressions, such as contempt, expressing surprise, warning and reprimand, etc., and has put forth the interpretations within the translation

Read More Sociological criticism of the novel is one of the widely used types of literary criticism, which provides a sociological reading of the literary text based on the relationship between the social structure and the literary structure. In this method, the status of different classes of society, behaviors, and actions of different social structures in a certain period of history are analyzed, and how the artistic representation of the society in the imaginary world of the literary work is criticized and analyzed. Elias Khoury has created a literary work in the novel Awlad Al-Ghetto- Esmi Adam, Under the influence of the social structures in which he lived, which, while showing the attitude and challenges of immigrants in a country that accepts immigrants, has dealt with the issue of Palestine and resistance with a social realistic view. Considering the introduction of resistance literature and the issue of migration in this novel, it seems necessary to conduct sociological research to clarify the links between the literary text and society. The present research has investigated this novel using the descriptive-analytical method, based on Goldmann's constructivism theory. This essay aims to examine the historical, social, and political contexts with a critical attitude to explain the inner layers of the novel from the point of view of Goldman's sociological critique, which shows the approach of this research in two stages of understanding and explaining. The components of the novel Awlad Al-Ghetto have a systematic connection in three parts, the whole novel deals with the historical, social and political contexts and explains the reasons and conditions of the narrator's migration, In the stage of reception, by referring to historical facts in the form of thematic and symbolic sub-characters and focusing on the hero's place, he addressed the issue of Palestine and the world's silence against it, while the narrators (Elias Khoury, Adam Danun, Murad) as problematic heroes who criticize It has been marginalized from the society that lacks true values, they are trying to change the current level of awareness to the possible and at the level of explanation, the author has drawn the historical incidents of silence and presented meaningful structures by choosing the format of the displaced immigrant and with the aim of raising awareness and The ruling worldview is the result of the reflection of the Palestinian refugee class and the author's critical attitude towards the world's silence about this human tragedy

It is the spoken or written language of the impulse that led to its emergence, and since man used it in dialogue and writing, he expresses himself without others and is silent about it.This process, word selection, takes place in a specific area of the human mind. This work includes two human sciences: psychology and linguistics, that is, the sciences that study human thought, and the sciences that study the language. The most appropriate is what a person speaks, the words that express his thoughts and emotions. So the relationship between language, thought and emotions is a mutual relationship of influence and vulnerability, and all kinds of ideas are expressed by language, so language can perform two main functions; It may be a tool for expressing objective facts and issues, and in this case, its aim is simply to communicate and convey ideas, but it may also have an emotional and dynamic function mainly, that is, its function then is to express emotions and emotions, stir up feelings and influence behavior. Critical discourse analysis explains the relationship between the text and the author's perspective.The analysis of critical discourse prepares the ground to benefit from it to treat literary texts that reflect political and social issues for societies in general and for Arab society in particular. Due to his politically and socially unstable life, Bayati chose poetry as a weapon to rebel against the prevailing situation and awaken thoughts in his backward society. Therefore, this research aims to portray the social agents in the poem "The Journey to the Cities of Love" and to determine the meanings of the aspects hidden in it and the semiotic and social elements, based on Van Leyen's theory, relying on the descriptive-analytical approach. In this poem, social agents are depicted with two methods of elimination and expression. Bayati removed the social agents who oppressed the people and deprived them of their freedom. But he identified the agents who rose up against the oppression and used the method of expression. Bayati has given legitimacy to concepts such as defiance, honor, revolution, and avoiding isolation by using myth and authorization and rationality and value for emphasizing his own perspective.Therefore,the strategy of authorization in this ode is very clear to legitimize these abstract concepts.In this discourse ,the naminalization is represented more along with the implicit meaning which is a type of statement in order to express the importance of the role of the characters in the awakening of the people and also to give legitimacy to their discourse based on the invitation to modernity and the awakening of rusty thoughts.As it has tended to delegitimize concepts such as stagnation, stagnation, lack of freedom, killing, and exile based on the theory of Van Leuween.

Read More There are many studies on reader-response criticism; studies that require extraordinary precision in reading text. Especially if the text is narration. If the author is present in the narrative text, the work becomes harder for the researcher. Also, when he is beyond the text or there is a collection of narrators in the narrative. The research requires the study of literary systems, types of reader such as true reader and implied reader and its kinds, in order to disclose the interpretations that the text contains. Among the Arab novelists who have widely paid attention to the writing of unfamiliar texts is the Iraqi writer 'Alaa Shakir, especially in his fantasy surrealistic novel of "The Tomb of England" in which the events, characters, plot, and narrators are intertwined. In addition, there is a dead narrator who tells the process of his death, and another narrator who ends the novel in the form of a meta-narrative, so that the novel provides great spaces for the reader's interpretation. The research seeks the intrinsic point of view, the audience of the narrative, phenomenology, the implied reader and the horizon of expectations, the reader's experience, and the literary and psychological ability of the reader. According to the researchers' survey, ideal and comprehensive reader types were found in the novel. This research has a descriptive-analytical approach, and refers to the opinions of expert thinkers in the field of reader's reading. The most important finding of this research is that the reader in this novel is active, not passive. In addition, its text is not a closed text, but rather open to multiple readings. As Shakir has given the reader sufficient freedom to move through the scope of the text. His focus is on the pivotal role of the reader in creating the text. Actually, Shaker makes the reader participate in the creative process which leads to a strong interaction between the reader and the text
