The subject of inheritance and division of the deceased’s estate is stated in verse eleven of Surah An-Nisa. The understanding of the Quranic commentators and Muslims of this verse is based on the premise that the share of a son’s inheritance is twice as that of a daughter’s. But Mohammad Shahrour’s method of Quranic study, which is generally based on the analysis of linguistic signs in the context of the interpretation of the Quran, reveals a new and different understanding of this verse. According to this understanding, firstly, the verse is applied where the children of the deceased are a combination of daughters and sons. Secondly, there are three scenarios for the formula for dividing the inheritance, and only in one case is the share of inheritance of sons twice as the share of inheritance of daughters. This means that, firstly, we have two sets in the division of inheritance called the set of sons and the set of daughters, and if the children of the deceased are all daughters or all sons, the inheritance is divided equally among them. Secondly, the share of individuals in inheritance depends on the number of members of the female group and its ratio to the male group, for which the Quranic text has set three limits. Shahrour’s attitude in the field of Quranic studies, on the one hand, breaks down traditional thinking in this field, and on the other hand, states constructive solutions to solve the problems and challenges of advancing Quranic understanding.}, keywords = {Quran,Mohammad Shahrour,heritage,Linguistics,Limit}, title_fa = {بررسی زبان‌شناختی آیات ارث از نگاه محمد شحرور}, abstract_fa = {طرح قرآنپژوهی محمّد شحرور می‌کوشد میان متن قرآنی، معرفت و ذهنیّت انسانی تعاملی سازنده و فعّال برقرار کند و فهم قرآنی را از حدّ و مرز خوانش‌ها و تفسیرهای گذشته که گاهی هاله‌ای از قداست و نقدگریزی را به خود گرفته‌اند، جدا سازد. موضوع ارث و تقسیم ترکه متوفّی در آیة یازده سورة نساء بیان شده است. فهم و برداشت مفسّران قرآنی و مسلمانان از این آیه - که البته جزء بدیهیّات تلقّی می‌شود - بر این پایه استوار شده که سهم الإرث پسر دو برابر سهم الإرث دختر است؛ ولی در روش قرآن‌پژوهی محمّد شحرور که به طور کلّی شالودۀ آن به واکاوی نشانههای زبانی در چارچوب تفسیر قرآن به قرآن مبتنی است، پرده از فهمی نوین و متفاوت از این آیه برمیدارد که از آن در دانش ریاضیّات به نظام مجموعهها و معادله یک مجهولی یاد میشود که متغیّر X تعداد گروه زنان است. طبق این فهم، نخست کاربرد آیه در جایی است که فرزندان متوفّی ترکیبی از دختر و پسر باشند و دوم این که فرمول تقسیم ترکه از سه حالت خارج نیست و تنها در یک حالت سهم الإرث مجموعه مردان دو برابر سهم الإرث مجموعه زنان است. این سخن بدان معناست که اوّلاً ما در تقسیم ارث دو مجموعه به نام مجموعۀ مردان و مجموعۀ زنان داریم، نه یک مجموعه و اگر فرزندان متوفا همه دختر یا همه پسر باشند، در این صورت ارث به صورت مساوی میان آن‌ها تقسیم می‌شود؛ ثانیاً میزان سهم افراد در ارث به تعداد اعضای مجموعۀ زنان و نسبت آن با مجموعۀ مردان بستگی دارد که متن قرآنی برای این مورد سه حدّ معین کرده است . نگرش شحرور در عرصۀ مطالعات قرآنی، از یک سو، تفکّر سنّتی و موروثی را در این زمینه در هم می‌نوردد و از دیگر سو، راهکارهای سازنده‌ای را برای حل و رفع مشکلات و چالش‌های پیش‌روی فهم قرآنی بیان می‌دارد.}, keywords_fa = {قرآن,ارث,زبان‌شناسی,حدّ,محمد شحرور}, url = {https://jalit.ut.ac.ir/article_75771.html}, eprint = {https://jalit.ut.ac.ir/article_75771_bc886ee4838e2515fb22ec4439b5b3da.pdf} }
