Journal Article Review and Acceptance Process

The Arabic Literature Journal is a publication that aligns with international publishing standards, operating on the foundations of peer review and open access. In line with this, the journal has adopted a double-blind peer-review process. This means that neither the author(s) learn the identity of the reviewer(s), nor do the reviewers become aware of the name or details of the author(s). This ensures that the review is conducted purely on scientific grounds, free from any preconceptions or bias.

Manuscripts submitted through the system are sent for review if they align with the journal's specialized scope and conform to its general established standards. Upon final approval by the Editor-in-Chief, the manuscript enters the publication process.

The Arabic Literature Journal is committed to the highest standards of peer review. Respecting publication ethics, the journal follows the rules, policies, and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and adheres to the executive bylaw for the prevention and handling of fraud in scientific works. For dealing with potential cases of misconduct and loss of credibility, it follows the procedures of the aforementioned committee.

All submitted articles undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality of the manuscript's methodology and research argumentation. After an article is submitted by the author(s) via the journal management system, it is first reviewed by the journal office, the journal specialist, and the Editor-in-Chief (within a maximum of one week). Therefore, authors are kindly requested to carefully study the instructions and author guidelines, prepare their article according to the Persian section of the author guidelines, and then submit it.

Following the initial evaluation of the article by the Executive Manager and upon the initial approval of the Editor-in-Chief, the article is sent for assessment and review to the respected reviewers.
