Promoting wide and global access to scientific research is the journal's primary priority, achieved through a comprehensive gold open access model. The journal ensures that all published articles are freely available to all users worldwide immediately upon publication. By implementing this policy, the discoverability, readership, and citation potential of research are maximised, thereby contributing to the richness of the scientific ecosystem.
The journal is a gold open access publication. To sustain high‑quality publishing services and the journal's commitment to permanent open access, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is collected. Authors are charged 6,000,000 IRR (six hundred thousand Tomans) for publishing an article (300,000 Tomans at the initial review stage and 300,000 Tomans as a publication fee). These fees are used solely to cover the costs of website technical maintenance, professional typesetting, digital archiving, and providing a platform for the immediate, global publication of research.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en). Under this framework, copying, distribution, and adaptation of the material are permitted in any medium or format, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and the journal. This license is employed to ensure the highest degree of engagement and reuse within the international scholarly community.
In line with ethical commitments and the chosen license model, authors retain their copyright and publishing rights without limitation. Control over scholarly outputs remains with the researchers, while compliance with the journal's license terms is required for publication.
Authors are expected to pay the Article Processing Charge for the journal from their research budgets or from funds allocated for open access publishing by their affiliated institutions. However, we recognise that some researchers may not have access to such financial resources. To support this group of authors and to enable the publication of their valuable work in this journal, a waiver request option has been made available. Interested authors may declare their circumstances to the journal office for consideration.
