Read More The symbols linked to the world of dreams and consciousness are considered the psychological issues which are functioned in the plot of modern novel. Then, modern novel is a kind of interior monologue by the characters who are expressing non coherent ideas from their past and present which is called stream of consciousness. This is a narrative device that attempts to give the written equivalent of the character's thought processes, either in a loose interior monologue or in connection to his or her actions. This writing is usually regarded as a special form of interior monologue and is characterized by associative leaps in thought and lack of some or all punctuation. The stream of consciousness and interior monologue are distinguished from dramatic monologue and soliloquy, where the speaker is addressing an audience or a third person, which are chiefly used in novel. in stream of consciousness, also known as interior monologue; which is a narrative mode or device that depicts the multitudinous thoughts and feelings which pass through the mind. the novel “Mᾱ tabaqqᾱ lakum” (what is remained for you) by Qassᾱn Kanfᾱni and “Shᾱzdeh Ehtejᾱb” (Prince Ehtejᾱb) by Hooshang Golshiri are narrated by of stream of consciousness and this technic is seen in the prementioned novels in the influencing of concerns and activeness of tension in the dreams and the psychological damaged in the characters of story. Qnfani in this novel deals with the issue of occupation of Palestine while Golshiri presents a person (Shazdeh Ehtejab) who is at the verge of dying. The two novels had the common points in plot, so the characters in both, are concerned to their own interior world to such an extent that the dispersed ideas of the character are dominat on the narration. This research at first, aimes to put light on the style of stream of consciousness in the two novels and clarify how the authors could make themselves free from the criterias of the common plot. The second aim of research is comparing the contents and mental actions of narration. The result indicates that the function of stream of consciousness in the both novel is same in general. But in details there are some differences like the time of the novel Shazde Ehtejab is during one night and the addressed ones, during the novel, become aware of the past of the main character by following the dispersed narration presented. and the content time is intertwined with the mental time. Bothe novelist doesn't present themselves directly in the novel and characterization but take a neutral positon in actions of story, so the characters have the main role in narrating of story and the main narrator is free in telling the actions of novel without accepting any intervention from outside of novel.

Read More Prison literature is one of the branches of lyric literature. The contents of prison literature, which is generally written in verse, include complaints about cruelty, bitterness of times, suffering separation from family, country, and loved ones, tightness and darkness of prison cells, prison guards’ mistreatment, and expression of innocence and disappointment with the future. Employing a descriptive-analytic approach based on library research method of gathering data, this study analyzes and compares prison poems of two contemporary Arab and Iranian poets, namely Ahmed Sahnoun and Mohammad-Taqi Bahar. In addition to religious and cultural similarities, they spent a part of their lives in prison due to political activities and wrote some prison poems. Sahnoun’scollection Hesad al-Sajn includes twenty-seven prison poems and Bahar’s Prison Report includes twenty-eight. Both of these works are considered as valuable documents of their lifetime. The findings of this comparative research, which is done in order to introduce and reveal some hidden parts of the literature of the countries of Algeria and Iran, indicate the similarity of the prison poems of these poets as they both, in terms of content, discuss common topics such as describing the atmosphere of prison, expression of innocence, complaining about time, asking for patience, and remembering friends, and, in terms of style, adopt common features including comic and symbolic language, usage of traditional poetic meters, and allusion to Koranic verses and Hadith. The main difference between the poems is their attitude toward imprisonment conditions. Bahar depicts the physical atmosphere of prison more precisely and sometimes uses vulgar words, indicating the intensity of his grief and anger and finally tries to set himself free by writing an apology. On the contrary, while expressing his innocence and grief for imprisonment, Sahnoun asks himself to have more patience and never turns to writing an apology or using vulgar language.

Read More This article investigates the meaning of the symbols of resistance in the poem of Mohammad al-faitūri (1936). The poet has used many symbols and signs for his warrior purposes. and has sought to invade the Arab real existance of the Arab world through the Arab magnificent and brilliant past from the ravaged and repressed contemporary world. and liberate it from its long-awaited pudle life to promote and guide the Arab community through these symbolic components. From this point of view, we can say that these symbols in his poem are full of inspirational themes and deep implications of internal text, and as a result, numerous interfrence of these symbols and encodings can be presented; By investigating his poetry it can be find that he is cleverly try to link his Islamic and Arabic society heritage to the conflict in the contemporary world. This discussion begins with the preconditions that are required in accordance with the principles of modern writing. Then. they deal with different symbols of resistance and their artistic alloys in faitūri's resistance poetry; so far, we divide these symbols into five main sections: 1. Religious symbols 2. Historical symbols 3. Mystical Symbols 4. Urban and national symbols 5. Sparse symbols that can not be categorized as single title. This article with a descriptive-analytical approach aims at precede the symbols of the axis and objects with the focus on the most important properties of the symbolic elements of faitūri's poetry. Most noteworthy achievements in this article are that the poem of faitūri goes beyond the borders of Africa and his issue is not only Africa but also includes all Muslim nations. In the poem of resistance he has used religious and historical figures cities and various countries to express his revolutionary thoughts. these symbols have played an important role in provoking the spirit of revenge and in ignite the flames of resistance in the sentiments of the public. The symbols used in faitūri's poetry are often proportional to the problems that experienced by Arab countries to the extent that they are inspire by these symbols in the fight against autocratic and authoritarian regimes.

Read More In this research, the temporal characteristics of the resistance literature, such as noncompliance, the fight against oppression, the awakening of the dreams of conscience, the characteristics of the literature of resistance, were first briefly presented to the literature of resistance and the call of history and heritage of the past and the life of Shaghavi and his works and introduction of this play. Then, defending the oppressed, jihad and martyrdom, endurance and patience of women, and continuing the path of the martyrs with a focus on the Karbala and the insurrection of Imam Hossein have been considered. Ashura's movement is narrowly related to the resistance literature these days. Accordingly, Ashura and the uprising of Imam Hussein have always been the theme of the fiery, oppressive and frenzied poets and writers. In Arabic literature specially present literature Suuni authors and poets had been promisingly expressed by Karbala incident and Imam Hussein resurrection and have created immortal works. Abdolrahman Sharghavi is one of this Sunni literature that has been familiar with Imam Hussein’s resurrection since childhood. The purpose of Shaghavi from this play is to remember the duty and responsibility of today's human beings in relation to himself and society and to create the motivation of resistance and uprising and social awakening in his community through the purpose of clarifying the ends of Imam Hussein's uprising and highlighting and evoking the characteristics of resistance at the heart of the play demands them to be heroic against oppression and injustice and defend their rights. In the scenario "Al-hussain Saeran SHahidan" he challenges the reality of Greek’s today’s social and political problems society through this historical and worthy religious incident. This research aims at analysis of resistant elements in this scenario which is adopted by descriptive method. Findings demonstrate that SHarghavi by retelling Imam Hussein’s resurrection and Ashoura movement and its message, rise his people against cruelty and invite them to martyrdom, justice, jihad, fighting, and incubus.

Read More Literature reflects the natural condition of the habitat of every nation and the manifestation of the customs and social laws governing it; therefore, the climate, vegetation and animals, the economic, political, religious, and cultural conditions of the nations, sometimes are manifested in its most detailed form in their poetry and prose. It is clear that poetry of the Jᾱhilid Age, like the poetry of any nation and time, has been influenced by the natural and social environment of that era, reflecting the various forms and dimensions of their life. In this paper, the authors of this article investigate the textbook of al-Mūfadhaliyᾱt collected by Mūfadhal Dhabi, which is one of the most important sources of poetry, and has referred to the domestic animals mentioned in it and their effects in the poetry of Jᾱhilid era. The book consists of 126 allegations which are collected from 47 poets of Jᾱhilid era includes 20 poets of the early Islamic period. The authors have sought to answer these two basic questions about how domestic animals have had an impact on poetry in the era of Jᾱhilid? What is the shape of this effect? reviewing the book, it became clear that the poetry of Jᾱhilid had repeatedly referred to domestic animals, especially those who used them in their lives, so that their poetry reflected a general outline of the way of life and livelihood of the people of that period. It was also clear that domestic animals appeared in two forms in their poems: First, in the poems the poet was reporting on the events in which the animal plays a major role, such as the poems in which the poet boasts of his forgiveness or courage; Second, in the poems the poet describes as his own animal, or by the use of the animal's other characteristics, he portrays the affairs. In addition, the present study shows that the poetry of Jᾱhilid created exquisite images in describing their animal, or presented their own images with the use of animal characteristics. Such images, which are less metaphorical and more simile, are often used by animals that have abundantly used their lives. The study also shows that - the names of the animals that the people of the Era have more connected with and their need for them is more abundant than the names of other animals in poetry poets. In addition, the role played by these animals in the life of the people, many of the artistic images have also been devised using the characteristics of these animals or their tools and accessories.
